I wish there is an option to give ZERO stars. Pathetic manager “Manish Soni” and the staff under him. Lazy people who take zero responsibility towards customers. I went to withdraw amount around 3pm and I filled in withdrawal sheet and I was told cannot withdraw amount with withdrawal slip. I went back with my checkbook around 3:40pm and I was told that after 3:30pm they would not allow any cash withdrawals in bank even with check. When I asked what is the reason, the bank manager says that since there is only one cashier we close customer money withdrawal by 3:30pm. Please note there was no one in the bank waiting in the line. Bank closing time is 4:00pm and I went in before closing time to withdraw the amount. On top of that, when I explained the situation to Mr Manish Soni, as one would expect from a typical govt office higher official, the response was pathetic and have zero work ethic or zeal to help their customers. Please stay away from this bank and if possible move your account to private banks where the processing is quick and provides ease of access to your Money. No wonder why every govt entity is in the verge of getting privatized these days.

Very poor administration. Non cooperative staff. Mostly non operatve customer service infrastructure. Very Less manpower to serve customers
