Customer care call system is very poor and do not receive land line call also.

Worthless employees.. Mr Gaurav Jain opened my company account and once opened stopped taking calls , emails and Whatsapp... waiting for account number after 4 working days....Shameful

Very bad service becouse no person pic call

A typical private sector bank of India. There is very limited parking place in and around the bank. Even this parking is shared with Khan Market parking space. The bank customer services area is comparatively smaller than few other Branch. It offer all standard banking services to the customer except spot Foreign exchange conversion. There are lot of eating joints around the Bank. This branch operates at standard working hours with no extend working to facilitate customer service.

Useless employees they dont pick up phone. I have tried so many times.

why the hell they given no. when no one available to receive the calls

very bad response on telephonic conversation.
I am continue calling last 15 days but no response.

Poorly managed and disorganised
The branch manager Mr Kumar also isn’t helpful
Neither is the staff knowledgable
Ms. Mandeep, Mr Sandeep , Mr Sumit Kumar
