Nobody picks up the phone.. no one responds to the queries raised.. there is no way available for non existing customers to reach out to customer executive.. even in case of existing customers you must carry account number and card number both for contacting customer executive..

neither i am able to connect to customer care nor i am able to connect to standard chattered bank . worst experience with you guys

Standard chartered Bank worst experience with u . More worst than PNB and Sbi thy dnt pick phone I just want to know why u guys put that thing in yur office if u r not able to pick worst customer care service . I wish I can give u negitive marks.

Worst experience ever. Bank giving service only for 4 hrs in a day from 10am to 2pm.

What you can get in this bank is worst experience of your life time. I would suggest any other bank over this bank.
