Personal opinion, I am with the bank for the past 20 years, seen many changes in staff and managers but the service they provide to us is one of a kind and satisfactory. Excellent staff and excellent service by the team. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work always.

I am banking with this branch since last 20 years. It is long journey now with this branch.
I never disappointed with any of staff in last 20 years.
Staff is very friendly, socially educated and supportive.

This is one of the oldest branches of the Federal Bank, situated in GK2 (Greater Kailash 2). A few years earlier the building was totally revamped and the bank was remodeled with a more modern and contemporary look.
Parking used to be a nightmare earlier, since it is located at a crossing, near the Don Bosco school. Lately, a small covered parking space has been constructed for customers. On top of the parking structure, a beautiful little garden has been created.
The staff of this bank has always been very polite and helpful and customer care seems a priority here, of which we are most appreciative.

Federal Bank Greater Kailash 2 branch is one of the best branches of Private
Banks in Delhi. This is a bank branch where we get service with a smile. Whether it is opening an account, depositing money, withdrawing money, making a fixed deposit, updating a passbook or any other banking work, it is done very efficiently. The whole staff (including the Branch Manager) is always ready to help the customers. Please keep up the good work.

The best thing which I personally like about this bank is the service this bank is providing. I don't know about the other branches but here the staff is highly experienced and extremely friendly. If any one of you are having trouble with the banking services the people there are always ready to help you. Love the service you guys are providing. Keep it up !

Brilliant staff and very good protocols in this COVID Times. Everyone in the Bank goes out of the way to make you comfortable and well attended. We have all accounts for almost 2 decades.
