Poor service

Branch is located in the perfect position, but sLack of staff co operation.

Went to deposit a cheque, they said the cheques are not going for clearing,go to other branch because the personnel is not coming here. Tried calling after a few days again to ensure my visit doesn't get wasted again but they are not picking the phone . I will have to unnecessarily go out just to confirm something in times of Covid-19

Usual SBI branch less crowded but with the same arrogant attitude.

Staff doesnt do the work.

None of the staff wants to work here.

Pathetic and non- responsive staff.
