Overall Preet vihar branch staff's are providing worst services as they Play with the customers feelings they . They think we are government employees nobody will do anything . Overall my experience is worst

I would like to raise a general complaint against the Branch Manager of Bank of India, Preet Vihar branch.

On Friday , 16Th April, 2021, I visited the branch with my elderly uncle at around 12.30 pm for some account related issues. There I had to wait for almost half an hour. The reason being that the branch manager Ms. Trishna was celebrating her birthday. I have never seen any office celebrating birthday’s during working or customer hours. Mostly it happens during the evening and after dealings with customers have been closed off for the day. I have found the behaviour very unprofessional.

during times of COVID 19 2nd wave, such celebrations seem unnecessary. They did gather up, cut the cake and eat among themselves. While we stood as meek spectators.

also my uncle mentions that everytime he visits the office, he is being forced by the branch manager to take up some scheme or the other. Last time she forced him to take up Atal Pension Yojana, even though he has his pensions arranged for. this is plain harassment.

All those visiting the branch, please be aware of this branch manager. The earlier branch manager Mr. sparsh gupta was kind and understanding.

If this is the quality of service, I am not surprised at government nationalizing the banks. The officials must not complain when they are made to behave professionally.
