So this review for federal bank specially for hauz khas branch .
1) Very cooperative staff.
2) Well organised and systematic way of dealing with customer.
3) Most important They respect time of their clients.
4) They give you feel of Privilege Customer and its for all customers .

Branch location is perfect as it can easily be seen by public without any struggle to find it..The overall service at branch is gud and staff approach is better inspite of the fact that it's a private bank.

The service at Hauz khas branch is remarkable.
The branch manager is polite, humble and helpful. No delay in work.

The officials are very efficient, polite and quick and very supportive to the customers. An example to bank functioning in busy Delhi Metro city.

Had a wonderful banking experience .Staff here are very friendly and problem solving especially Manager , Mr.Abhilash.

All the requests are processed immediately. Customer service is very good. Queries are also addressed quickly.
