Pathetic staff, awful attitude and can't even do their job right. Went to get money transferred to my Forex card and they took all the documents to do so and didn't even initiate the transfer request which i found out 2 days later after calling their customer care. Worst service possibly ever.

Don't even think of coming to this branch! After a few days, on calling customer care, you'll find out your work is still pending! You'll just lose your time, energy and money. The employees are not willing to work and your request won't be entertained at all!

Worst experience.
Even they don't know how to deal with coustomer. They don't have talking sense
Specialy counter number 2 agent. He don't know to how to talk with coustomer.
He is talking to me with a aatitude and toned voice .

Very inappropriate way of ICICI they deduct my payment twice a times, and even I have a proper amount in my account after it they send me a message that you have to pay this amount plus late payment charges after it I payed then they deduct again.

This used be a great bank 3 or 4 years back when I last visited India in 2018. Although they have NRI desk, they couldn't help me out with any request . I got my work done easily by sending postal mails and supporting documents to NRI hub in Mumbai. Some issues - No ticketing system, long wait times, overcrowding - can't blame the staffs though. They can definitely do better with more training about processes within ICICI bank as they didn't seem confident enough.Clearly, if you cannot help customers in person, what's the point of having a branch.

I'm still happy with overall ICICI bank services. This review is applicable only to this specific branch.

Visited for opening an account but just referred me to online services. I wouldn’t have gone to the branch if I could do it online coz my Aadhaar address is in my village. Laziest quality service from a private bank just like govt banks.

I went here to get a credit card. I had to travel abroad and due to some reasons credit card was a necessity, I explained the whole situation. When i applied they said it will be delivered in 5-7 days when i contacted them after 7 days they said the file was not even uploaded. I postponed my travel for next week only because of this and yet after contacting them after next 6 days they tell me the same thing that it was not uploaded due to some technical issue. I have no other option left to even apply from another bank as i need to travel in 2 days. It was quite time sensitive matter, and yet they chose to stay unbothered about this even after i kept repeating it is urgent matter. So much for ICICI bank building on customer relationships.
They are incapable of doing their daily jobs let alone build customer relationships.
Strongly not recommended please try at another branch.

I visited the branch yesterday. I always thought that this bank is best in services, but when visited there I was shocked by the behavior of an employee. I had to visit twice a day for the same work. They don't know how to deal customer. Very Disappointing. Not recommended at all.
