Helpful people especially, Green channel staff, guard, peon and
Service manager Mahesh Baboo all very cooperative painstaking and polite
Rest laid back
But no separate queue for Sr Citizens

Most stupid people sitting there. They ca me at 3 PM for Aadhar card updation and when I reach there they say the Aadhar guy left at 1. Next day I reach before 1 PM and the guy laughs at me because the tokens for Aadhar updation are full. Pathetic place.

Hi All,
Around 5 years ago the employees and service of this branch was fantastic, but now they literally take 2 weeks to create an account and nowadays they disrespect and don't even respond to their customers properly. They took about 45 days just to update my signature due to which my cheque was almost rejected. Unfortunately I need to give them 1 star.

This is for bank atm guard who not properly doing duty also showing rude behavior to visit atm customer i visit many time but first time i get this type of behavior guard i think sbi should take action on him atm guard duty is safety not for watching movie atm outside

Calling them in the landline number for last two days. No one picks up the call. The phone is in use, but customers are not their priority.
Double checked the Chittaranjan branch phone number from SBI customer care. Still no response.
Dear SBI Branch manager Chittranjan park please take this into notice. or post a number where customers can reach you.

Most delightful experience at SBI Kalkaji Branch. All thanks to Chief Manager Ms Chanchal Jain for her real quick, courteous response and a fine sense of genuine helpfulness. It is so good to see such young and dynamic people at high positions, making efforts for improving customer experience.
