Lazy employees, not so helpful. Machines and servers ALWAYS OUT OF FUNCTION

not adequate staff to handle the rush of clients. no priority treatment to senior citizen. overall disappointing service by the number one psu bank. for small things it takes a lot of time to get things done. long queues for everything. staff is too much under pressure and cannot do justice to the clients visiting the bank in big numbers.
