Approach road is in pathetic condition, full of dust in dry season and full of mud in rainy season. After servicing if you come out the with your shining car by this road, you will start crying. The car will be full of dust. People of service centre are very polite.

I have sent my vehicle for three consecutive times for repair of the left door edge. Earlier the door was replaced by them only and they were so casual to paint the new door that the new door started to develop rusting. When contacted with Mr. Pradip Kabi regarding this issue they had picked up my vehicle for three consecutive times and also committed to resolve my issue with a level of perfection that is expected from an Authorised service Centre. But every time they had failed to deliver work as per their commitment. Photos attached of the vehicle door after delivery of my vehicle after they worked on it last time.

It was a very nice experience.. staffs are really nice and very helpful. They are so quick. I am impressed with the quality of work. I would like to visit again next time when needed. You people are doing great work, keep it up..!! Thank you for all your help and support!

Excellent service. I've visited this service station several times in last 2 years. Be it for regular maintenance, for accidental repair with insurance claim or for checking mileage of my vehicle. Each time they surprised me with their customer-centric attitude and sincere approach to resolve the issues. Service Manager, Mr. Kabi is a great technical person and most importantly always available over phone to solve your problems. Owner of the station, Mr. Vivek is a very active person. He himself looks over each car, try to understand the problem and follow up with the technicians.

Very professional. Got free pick up and drop. But would also request them not to call too much unnecessarily during service, like I got called for feedback twice even before I received my car back. Got my nexon 9727 serviced today.

I have had unfortunate incident with my vehicle for which I had to tow my vehicle to the Tata Service center. I contacted the customer care around 12am night and when no other service center around Kolkata didn't respond to the call, got prompt response from Just Services (Pradip Kabi & Vivek Gupta deserves special mention), one extra star added just for that. During this period I had telephonic conversation with Mr.Pradip almost every day if not less and got daily updates on the process. Though there were few hiccups from the Insurance part and again some issues due to the replacement part being faulty again (may be due to the hard luck), but for that I personally cannot hold service center responsible (alone). My only concern and suggestion (generic suggestion for Tata Motors) would be that to provide best possible insurance provider who can be actually customer centric, while selling the vehicle, not to focus on commissions only.
But anyways all my good wishes to Just Services and also big Thanks to Abhishek Gupta (from Tata Motors) who has been immensely helpful during this over all process during the last 2-3 weeks.

I visited Just Service for damage to front bumper of my car, with the speed and perfection they completed the work is truly admirable, Last Monday I visited here for servicing and the experience was very good.

Got the 2nd service done from Just Services.Very professional approach.... Always provided a sense of comfort.. Hope they would continue to be so..
