Pros :

1. Super cheap (1/3 to 1/2 the original price)
2. Best paint available in the market
3. Update from time to time
4. Resolution to every query I had about insurance, colour change etc .
5. Has proper paint booth and reception area.
6. Spacious area.
7 . All kinds of mechanical and denting painting available with spare parts.

Con :
1. The only con is that the cost was told x rupees with free mirror repair but the cost is now x +1000 + mirror repair cost .

Recommendation - Ofcourse , even with the con considered the services provided are very cheap and reliable so it doesn't really matter for a few thousand bucks. I would recommend everyone to go there and service their car .

Went for suspension work and remote key cover change. First they estimated higher value which is more than parts MRP value. I did surprise visit and found the truth. They reduced the bill amount and smartly damaged my car AC. After that the did not repair this. Atanu(very clever workshop manager) from ADRICH is responsible for this. Important points to address: By mistake they installed the Verna car remote cover. They promised me to change this later. I connected with the garage but they did not entertain me.

1. Do not leave your car in the garage.
2. They will charge higher price which will be higher than the MRP price price of car parts.
3. Be aware of false promises.

Kindly clear the pending dues of our parent company my carz studio. my carz studio supplied car paint and paint materials to you.Dont do this type of practice with vendors after taking good from vendor .clear our payments else we had to send legal notice and post all to social media to aware to all - my carz team

Worst service provided. Ever even after giving them my car for 6-7 hrs they were unable to service my car properly. Did half work and charged full amount total cheaters and liars. Not at all recommend from my side. Lacks basic courtesy and very bad attitude. Would have given rating in minus if there was an option.

I have been using their service for a few years now and very happy with the sevice provided. Reception of the car and delivery has always been smooth, the work cost effective and their garage is also quite impressive. Happy to recommend!

I look nowhere else when it comes to my car’s service. Umed was the representative for me this time and he ensured that I remain up to date with the servicing and repairs needed for my car.

Excellent service. Polite personnel Mr. Atanu. Tired of Audi service centres' arrogant customer relation person, one friend of mine recommended Adrich. I requested them for a minor dent repair + painting as well as annual servicing. They went ahead and changed the wipers also free of charge and they also suggested they can provide home drop service on completion.
