Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Lexican Motors, Kusumnagar

Took almost a week for normal service. And basic service like washing and interior cleaning was not done properly.

Very very bad experience! Really infuriating staff. Corruption at its best. Take one problem to them and they'll give back 99 more. Given them my car to fix the clutch problem and after 4 hours, they say that they need to install new clutch. Quite funny, I had got a new clutch few months back. They harass saying this needs to be changed, that needs to be fixed, this is broken and what not, when I only got my car serviced six months back. Got the clutch issue fixed/adjusted outside in a mechanic shop anyway.
Tata needs to take servicing more seriously. These unprofessional customer dealers only bring bad name to Tata and I've been let down by the quality of service now and again.

Very efficient. Staffs are good and polite.

The place is okay. They are short of staff so waiting periods are long even before anyone attends to you. Even in case of a breakdown they will refuse to do the work the same day. In all probability you will have to leave the car there overnight howsoever small the job might be. work done on my car was satisfactory. Take an appointment before going. The Google contact no is incorrect and goes to some other showroom in Sevok Road.

Just unprofessional mechanics with fraudulent activities. Kept my car for servicing and repairing of dents and other mere things, they hold my car for 3 long weeks and after that they charged Rs 6000 for like nothing.

Being a proud owner of Nexon, purchased from lexicon showroom I have to inform you that the staff &Manager are very professional & cordial and help me a lot for purchasing.
