Excellent location, courteous staff and very clean and spacious room. Good support from kitchen. Power was an issue which was frequently tripping. Hot water was not continuously available. Though person at reception was good and useful, had to wait while checking in. Overall a good place to stay. If those issues are addressed, it would become a great place.

Place is good to hang out but the food isn't really great, their food feels bland. Not much of flavour to any dish, felt like I was eating out in a retirement home. Maybe for older people, the food would be nice.

Us 8 people stayed for 3 days there, not even once the cleaning services were done. Rude staff, no training whatsoever. They say they are a three star hotel, I would barely give them 1 star, just a regular DHARMASHALA with fancy lights. better options are available. Bathroom door did not lock, water taps were damaged, room's walls were paper thin, there was so much noise coming from other rooms. Room services were from 8am to 5pm. No extra bedding was given even when room occupancy was selected to be 3. They even charge money for water. No mini fridge, unfunctional locker, very limited menu of the restaurant with no service at all. They will charge extra money even 1 minute before check in time 12 pm. All things aside, they just don't know how to talk to hotel guests. AVOID!

High time this Hotel management acknowledges that merely erecting a good building and making it look like a hotel doesn't become a good hotel. The rooms are big and there is an electric kettle and wifi too in addition to hot and cold water in washroom which is really good however the whole environment is dull as the staff are cold, unwelcoming and inhospitable and that attitude has a bearing on the environment too. It was shocking to see the food being served all open and without any cover, and tea and coffee in paper cups with aluminum foil wrapped on top. Well!! I expected some good, clean and hygienic way of presenting the food but seems they bring it in the same manner as they serve it in the local small time restaurant and have little realization how unhygienic and unpalatable it is to serve food uncovered while bringing it all the way from kitchen to the hotel room. Moreover, the quality of food is very average or rather poor as compared to the prices and the cold behavior of their staff made my brief experience of staying here all the more insipid and sour. The worst was that behind the TV on the wall of my room, there was a gaping hole through which the next room occupants' cigarette smoke and their glaring music till late hours made way through to my room very comfortably and added to my discomfort as there was no way I could let it out or stop. Staff seemed absolutely indifferent when complained about it and it seemed just any other insignificant thing for them. I opted for this Hotel just because of wifi in the rooms and could never imagine that they would not maintain the standards even close to what they claim, but unfortunately, this hotel offers substandard and poor services in the name of a prestigious hotel and Brijwasi Group and the location too is extremely chaotic and crowded all around so any first timers going by the reviews and photos need to take into account all these factors. Would urge the Hotel management to work on making it hospitable and enhance the quality unless they are too complacent about the fact that regardless of the poor quality of food and services they will continue to do brisk business due to their brand name.

Pathetic experience. Last time, we had awesome food so, we went again this time and guess what happened. Completely taste less food with a lot of spices. Worst customer service, token people didn't have any idea what is available to eat. I wanted to give a rating in minus but we don't have that option. I will have to think 10 times now before going to eat anything there.

hotel centrum by brijwasi is an excellent hotel in mathura. the location is also good to reach out all places easily.food is very tasty. brijwasi restaurant is connected to a hotel with a variety of food . the staff is also humble .but the hotel room cost is quite higher than expected. must go with family.

Prominent location, Excellent service and Famous Food Court at ground floor.
Moreover, room service has also been started.
As a family, enjoyed a lot... would highly recommend to stay in Mathura

Despite token system but shouts to get order picked like Street Vendors.
They don't use UPI or online payment system and take only cards or cash (they are not updated).
Food quality is literally average, and high priced.
Rude people at payment counters.
Wasn't happy.
