Bati Restaurant

Food quality was good but I experienced worst service of my life here. Let me explain in detail.
I went in gym clothes with my friend so first of all we were not the priority, our order took 30 min after asking couple of times. Then first serve was not given by waiter so we served ourselves. While it came to payments I asked for UPI payment but for some reasons I was informed that online payment gets close after 10 PM.
Then the worst part was my bill was 320 and I gave 500 rupee note, when I received my change I left some tip for waiter and took remaining change and left by telling waiter about his worst service, when I reached my car I saw waiter already has took his tip before returning my money without asking.
Complete experience was disappointing. Although their food is good I am not going back to that restaurant again.

In comparison to other restaurants in Raebareli, I didn't find 'Bati New' restaurant good... Be it the food or ambience... Chawla, Suyash are better.
Service was also average.
there are some stupid practices they follow, like they make it mandatory to order mineral water and don't serve the tap water , ofcourse it's chargeable.
Overall, not bad but just average restaurant to my taste...

Really it's 1 of the best restaurant in our city.... Raebareli

I have to say I was not expecting to get such a great experience at a restaurant in raebareli. I went with family and kids. Ambience was really good. They have well decorated the place with Awadh and modern theme. Prices are reasonable and quantity of food was more than other restaurants. Service was also great. We really enjoyed there.

Good resturant in raebareli for families couple's. Atmosphere is also good there Food is tasty

They don't know the meaning of paneer lababdar and paneer fried rich..their delivered time is approx more then 1 hr..
They are expert in spoiling your dinner mood..
There cheif ! if they have then he need to upgrade..

I will never recommend bati
I though swiggy refund my money but still I'm unsatisfied with there restaurant verification..
