Pankhuri Restaurant - Pure Veg restaurant in Agra

The food is nice and tasty.

But the staff is abit rude.

I visited the place and wanted to change the table however the table we wanted was dirty as water was spilled on the floor. We requested them to clean and tell us so that we could exchange the sitting area. The staff rudely said us to sit in the same place.

Secondly, they tried tricking us by adding the water bottle in final bill which we didn't either order or used.

I really loved the restaurant. The food was amazing and their service is super fast. The staff behavior was also very nice. I'll definitely gonna recommend them to my family and friends.

If you're looking for pure veg restaurant in Agra city 'The city of love' in UP state. Then this place is for you.
Must try : Starter -----> Tabahi Aloo (Spicy Marinated potato cooked in tandoor)
Food was delicious and the services by management people was also satisfactory.

If you are looking for pure veg restaurant while visiting Taj Mahal it's at near by location hardly 3.5 to 4 Kms.

Restaurant is nice. Food Taste is good, hygienic and also atmosphere is nice.
Sometimes u have to wait outside as the space is less inside the restaurant.

Food is gud but very expensive. Dine-in is soothing with amazing experience. Ambience is alluring. Hospitality is quite gud. Background music heals up the heat. Beverages ain't that gud. Place is chik and the valet service makes it impressive. Small parties and functions look prosperous and photographic. Fine dining. You'll love it.

Been in the city for last 27 years and have eaten across a number of restaurants and eateries but never received such a disgusting and pathetic service. The staff just decides their priority customers on their own nd keep serving them regardless of their order or arrival time. I finally had to walk out of restaurant after feeling a disrespect to my family from the embarrassment of a service that we got. If you love your family, this is just not the place to dine at.

I've never seen such a bad service at a restaurant with such stature in town.. I waited for around 40 minutes for my order and the staff didn't care about my order. They kept serving the people who came long regardless of their order number. Upon asking, the staff behaved badly so we stepped out. Won't recommend it to anyone. A mood spoiler place with the laziest staff!

Very Yummy Food n Good Staff... They prepared dishes as per dietery requirement... Must visit..
