Hotel Swapnil & Restaurant

As frequent Banff visitors, my friends and I will NEVER stay at the Hotel swapnil again! We were there for a few hours and we stepped onto the balcony for a smoke, we came back into the room and house keeping was in there. They accused us of breaking into the room (over a huge balcony..) after we showed them our IDs and Room Keys they brought us to the lobby in front of everyone and the manager yelled at us, told us we were sketchy and said she had no record of us being in the room. After she realized she was wrong - instead of apologizing to us - she yelled at housekeeping, trying to put the blame on them. When we checked out a few days later we spoke with another manager explained what happened and told her how embarrassed we were, she sluffed it off and said she needed to speak with housekeeping to get their side of the story. We never got an apology, the way this whole situation was handled was VERY unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!! It's no cheaper than the other hotels in Banff and it's far from downtown. Unfortunatly this was NOT the only incident we had with this hotel but I'm not going to drag this on any further. They honestly ruined the only thing they could have had going for them - friendly staff. I hope this will help you when choosing a place to stay on your trip!

Amenities justify the price.....you can go with this hotel

The facility was decent for it's pricing .food was okeyish . May be they could work a bit on making it less over spicy and oily. I stayed in one of their room for a day.

It's a good family restaurant and also good a best friend for birthday party celebration one of the there employee help us clicking group photos for which we are glad.
We are gathered here for celebrity friends birthday. Also the all are dinner here and the taste and food was good also the services good. Restaurants washroom are neat clean and good overall it's a good restaurant for kitty party and family get together.
It's situated centre of Akbarpur City this is might be one problem because evening time there is too much traffic and crowd so sometime might be you face some issue with traffic problem otherwise there is also good pan gimty and good quality of fun sweet and tobacco pans are available.

All management staffs are very helpless in nature and poor facilities they are providing to their customers. The thing which i like the most is their room servicing staffs they are bit helpful but without the support of management they can do nothing in favour of customer experience.Look and feel of the hotel is good but in service hotel is 0. Food is bit too expensive here as Akbarpur is not a very big city.

Swapnil hotel and restaurant is provid vegetarian food only, they maintain hygiene and clean, peace ful area and Well behave waiter and workers in there full mil l the centre of attraction is sahithali beside this they also provide Navratan thali and hot and freshl lunch pack full meal you can enjoy snacks and beverages as well there hotel is just above the restaurant they have AC and Nancy single room and double bedroom hotel has a party hall as well
