Mahindra First Choice (Noida Car Point ll) - Noida

I bought a Tata tigor car from this outlet. Everything was good except one thing. My car had an issue of indicator lights and this problem was exist before I bought the car and I also mentioned the same to the coordinating person. He told me to take delivery of car and later he will make this problem solve at their own cost. I did the same and got the delivery. After few days, I asked them to correct the issue and they said you make it done from the Tata service center and send us the invoice of the same, we will reimburse the amount to you. I followed the same but till this date I did not receive any amount from them. Its been almost 7 months I am chasing them to get my reimbursement but they are making me fool every time. So I want to request everyone whoever is going to this outlet for purchasing any car, kindly get all the the things proper and take any commitments in written if require.

Good place but as per delhi rule if you get a second hand vehicle the age of your vehicle is only 10 years. For diesel it's also very less.
So buying a second hand vehicle is not a good idea. You will get 5 years warranty plus zero dep insurance, so invest few more bucks but buy only new vehicle it's an advice.
Otherwise you have to spend a lot in servicing.

Test drive and procedure explanation was good. Also, the delivery was hassle free. Response from Ms. Nita and her senior Mr. Ashwani was always quick. However, a few issues push me to take one star out, such as delay in warranty punch and a little confusion w.r.t. offers available on car and bike website. Since Car is doing good after some city and about 1400 km highway drive, so no major complaints. I will update/edit my review after my RC transfer experience which is under process at the moment.
Edited may 2022: A few problems have started in car like brake n shocker, power window. Waiting for approval whether these will be covered in warranty or not. RC not yet received after 2 months. Promised for next week. Taking one more star back from their rating.

This is recent experience I got from mahindra first choice had a pathetic experience if you ever plan to buy second hand car do not i repeat do not think of going to mahindra first choice they keep give you car where you have to do lot of work on your car with your money after paying the full amount and RC transfer is just the paint you can't bear.

Many car purchase option are available if you are looking to buy 2nd hand car it's good choice

Its better to buy a car from local dealer instead of mahendra first choice,
They ask you for black money ,
I paid 4 lakhs in online payment and 1.5 lakhs cash as they forcely demanded for that ,
And they gave me a car with worn clucthplate and worn tire and problem with engine sound and they claim they do 136 point check,
They are just using the name of mahindra to cheat people

Worst people sitting there to cheat customers. Car worth rs 1.5lac (as discussed with owner) and listing price 3.05lac I finalized in 2.70lac without insurance + damaged tier I had to change immediately, + 1 damaged side mirror + broken back seat hidden in cover+ damaged silencer, I had to replace whole. Some small things were repaired or replaced by MFC like speaker brand logo etc.
After 10-15 days buying the car started producing bad sound from silencer as I already mentioned. So they picked up car and applied Belding. And instead of 1 day delivered car after 3-4 days and driver came at night and at the time of delivery when driver was leaving suddenly I saw a dent near headlight. I became angry on him then he was acting like he didn't know anything about it. Then I contacted MFC then driver drove up the car back to shop. And fixed only one dent rest of the small dents they ignored and told me it was already there before accident.
Finally I had very bad experience with MFC and two guys Adnan and Asvin who are big lier and cheater.
God will punish such people. Making profit is not bad thing but cheating customers stealing money from their pocket is not good.

Very good service. Staff is very helpful. Though the time of pandemic the help from the MR. Ashwin was very appreciated. For a first time car buyer and purchasing a second hand car, he helped me alot for identifying the best car at best price. Thank you for your service.
