I was looking for a bigger car after being driven 2 hatchbacks for more than 7 years. I always had a love forMatuti Suzuki’s XL6 and was keen to look for a less driven good condition used car as the new one would at least take more than 3 months to deliver and I wanted to beat the inflation as well. I have been hearing good stories about Spinny and decided to try my luck here. I went for their exchange program where I sold my alto to them and got quite a good price. All this process was smooth and transparent. Kudos to Spinny Noida team and a special mention to their executives Basit ji, Aditya, Vijay. They made sure that I ended up with a wonderful experience. It literally took me 3 days from test driving the car to taking the delivery. The exchange was also smooth and I got a handsome offer for my alto 800 as compared to what I got from Maruti True Value. I definitely recommend those looking for used cars to try Spinny.

I had no such plan to buy a car. I had come with my friend to see car for him, he did not take it but I'm taking it. I must say that "Spinny me to kuch baat hai".

I had a complaint, it's been 12 days no one has given any concrete answer. Then I edit Google review and finally got a call from Karthik, he understood our problem. After that within two days, we got the solution to the problem. Thanks, Karthik.

I must state, at the very outset, that I could not have imagined, even in my wildest dreams, (Maruti Suzuki's Ciaz ZDI+ diesel 2016 model) it to be such a smooth, free-flowing, hassle free car, despite being 5 years old & having already clocked 80000 Kilometres on the odometer!

But 3 months later and driving it for more than 5000 Kilometers, it has not ceased to amaze me with its refined engine, great mileage and superb riding comfort! Whoever has driven it, has nothing but awe and admiration for it! I must appreciate the previous owner of the car for keeping it in such a great condition.

And now the most important entity in this entire picture is no one else but Spinny, which made the whole process so smooth and seamless. When we decided to buy a used car, we had doubts and apprehensions in our mind as people around you tend to discourage as well as frighten you with horror stories about used cars, which happened with us as well! But fortunately, we went ahead with our decision and chose Spinny based on positive reviews on the web.

They have a very transparent process through which one can choose a car of one’s choice. On the Spinny website, they provide you with each and every aspect of the car with great clarity, be it some blemishes in terms of scratches and dents or some kind of repair work done on the body! They don’t conceal any fact or make misleading claims to boost their sales, which is a rarity in today’s time! You get what you see on their website, which is reassuring as a customer.

Last but the most important thing which impressed me hugely was the team at the Noida centre and their peerless customer handling. There was Mr. Chetan, who took care of the entire demo process and never, even once, tried to market his product nor did he interrupt us during the inspection or test drive! He gave us full freedom to check the car to our satisfaction and provided us with precise answers to the queries we raised. He tried to fulfil our requests to the best extent possible. He was composed and patient throughout the entire process and never, even once, tried to influence our decision! Till today, he is the one person, whom i message or call, whenever i have a question/s and he has always been there helping me out.

On top of it, the car we purchased had a third party insurance, but Spinny, to our surprise, decided to give us new comprehensive insurance effective from the date of purchase!

Spinny also provided us with the goodies in form of cute pillows and a file along with a carry bag to store the documents with Spinny emblem on them. One thing I'd like to improve from their end is to keep the customer abreast of the RC transfer updates throughout the process, until it gets completed.

The experience we had during the entire process was as good as it could get and left us fully satisfied. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying used/pre-owned car from Spinny as their terms and conditions delineate each and every thing very clearly ensuring a very fair proposition for the customer. Reliability is their biggest USP! 👍👍

I have purchased TATA HEXA from spinny showroom in Noida. I got this car at very reasonable rate as compare to market. Mr Ravi and Mr Ram there are of very good nature and attended me very well.
