Worst experience.....All service engg. here are to do scam by changing body spares without asking customer, they are taking own decisions, They won't give back our old spares and repaint the old spares and tell us they are new...I had worst experience with Mr. Balaji i.e., Body Shop maintainance dept. who don't know how to talk to people.

I was planning to buy a car and after getting inside The Hospitality Shown By Mr Sriman Rao by Offering packed drinking water ! After that he patiently explained all the models of Maruti Suzuki. I have test driven Wagan R Automatic. He gave options of Swift and also Discussed Breeza. I got the quotation also as he Promised.
