Maruti Suzuki TRUE VALUE (Sai Service, Hyderabad, Bachupally)

Worst customer service which i have ever seen. Was waiting for someone who can hear me. Waste of my time being there and nothing positive there. Every one is irresponsible.

@Maruti you might need to check the quality of your service centers

Service which they are providing is completey out of line and cost compares to others services.

They will not make any note of customers issue related to vehicle. They check basics and returns it back as it is and they it as a name full body check up.

Company says full body check cover full vechile inspection but the reality is different.

When we visit to center they ask as sir you have given negative feedback please help positive response with return statement.

Their is more matter but cut it here.

Service price is more but poor quality of service....

Better avoid this place, worst customer service. These guys only knows selling the car, not the experience, i doubt they know or they understand what customer service is nd providing good experience is.

My experiences with this:

1. I had a an Alto wanted to sell True value here, even after multiple follow ups they didn't turn up, finally sold in Varun motors.

2. I bought Baleno here, leave the Nexa experience, they didn't even given me right briefing of the Car, even after 10days they didn't enable the Suzuki connect, for RTA slot booking they talking like they are doing favor to me, so finally i booked the slot myself. Still waiting for Suzuki Connect! One of the biggest mistake i did buying the car here. I advise that don't buy any car here, especially Nexa cars.

Worst behavior by staff. They seem irresponsible

Service levels needs to improve lot. Lack of time management.
Covid precautions not taking care...not seen sanitizer even in customer sitting area. TV recharge not done. Not even asking for drinking water bottle if customer sitting for more then three hours.

I have no idea why do people call Maruthi Service inexpensive. These people will suggest you to change everything thats not even mentioned in the service booklet. for 3rd service 10,000 Kms service for Ertiga Diesel, they are asking Rs13,000 and my car has done only 13K Kms and full showroom track.They will loot customers and car will not even washed by the time we go for delivery. As suggested by others, forget about tea, they wont even offer water while we wait to get car washer for 2 hours.
