Very frustrating experience with Car24.. Raised a request for repair but no notification or information about d status of the car.. Called up many times to d customer care..but in vain.....The car was picked up 10 days before for a minor work but neither the approval was received for d problem nor the solution is been given.. Very bad service... Pathetic experience..
