Cars24 Buy Used Cars, Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai

They only want to sell those cars which are instantly available(which they have in their parking lot). If you find any good car on their app but it is with the owner, they will not help you to get to the owner even when you agree to pay the charges which are around 12000 rupees. I tried applying for details from their app for few cars through whatsapp but it was of no use. Disappointed. Better check local car dealers in your city for a good deal.

Such Pathetic Experience.
The people who working over there don't know the any process.
Team manager have is own attitude.
He even also know the procedure.
Cars24 must need proper service.
If there is any option for negative rating I like to give -5* to all management

They don't even deserve single star. They will never show you the cars that are there on their website. They only have one reply that owner is not picking up the call. Very unhelpful staff and relationship manager will never call you and help you.
This office from mumbai Kanjurmarg looks like scam to me.

I Visited to Car 24 Kanjurmarg . Their staff is good but car price is very very high therefore i am very upset. June 2016 wagnor car price is almost 400000 .even in that car work is more. There is Very low Negotiation.

Anyone planning to sell or buy car (used). Should definitely consider cars24. It's better compared local unauthorized sellers.

Worst service, waiting for a call since last 4 days to buy a car, even after talking to customer care. I will not recommend to anyone.

Cars 24 is a worst platform to sell and buy car they claim to be the most reliable cars dealer in Asia.A big LOL!!!!
Unproffesionalism is in blood of there employees making false commitments, fake reports while they buy or sell any car.
Dont get trapped if you really don't want to waste your harden money.Rather you can buy with OLX platforms it look for a direct party.
