WEST BENGAL STATE UNIVERSITY

The environment is very good ;neat & clean. But the location of the University is very poor. It's too far from cities and main road. However, the college campus and class room looks very nice. The behaviour of staffs is also good. If you want to enroll this University you should stay at a Mess.

New and nice well equiped State University . It has a Rich central library

Good at educational and structural purpose, friendly but not that much... The university is located far away from the main road(Barrackpore-Barasat road)
You can walk up to the university if you are a fitness freak or else take totos and autos... 3.5/5 I would rate.

West Bengal State University is a public university situated in Berunanpukuria, North 24 Paraganas, West Bengal, India. It was established by an Act of the Legislative Assembly on 2007

It's a very big university at Barasat, 56 college under this university and their environment is so beautiful a pure natural beauty, many types of degree available here, this university do many social activity. Thanks cpim government for established this university at our village. this university change our location value and business opportunity. My side all credit goes to mr. Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee our ex chief minister.

It is West Bengal State University. The campus is beautiful. It takes around 30 to 40 mins from Barasat Railway Station. From helabattala more, you can get auto, bus etc to reach Kajibari bus stop. Toto is always available from the bus stop to the University campus. It will take around 10 minutes. The condition of the road is not so good. Surrounding is beautiful. Some shops are available outside the University campus.

Course fees little bit expensive, it could be better within 5-6 year. By the way university environment was outstanding. You can feel the nature. there are two hostel boy's and girls but none of them active right now .

I spend two years in this beautiful campus. These two years will be the most memorable for me. The campus is very beautiful and has many scenic views. It includes ponds and many trees. After that, the professors are very helpful and the staff were very cooperative.
