Worst they wont response to the refund matter i hd booked flight ticket on 25.08.2020 an still i didn't got my cash back

May the did not gett the refund money till now

Recently, I booked a holiday package to Srinagar, Kashmir via Makemytrip and had a horrible experience. The tour manager was very disorganized and rude and refused to stick the itinerary which was very inconvenient and I had horrible experience with them and on asking refund for it, he just hung up the call. Horrible service. During the trip my driver was smoking throughout the trip (making me very uncomfortable) and was very rude and ill mannered. He left me in the middle when I complained regarding his behavior and my time was wasted because of which I missed sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. Horrible. Would give zero stars.
