Avoid fingretip villas and specially this chap called Gaurav! They will show you good pictures of villas and then end up giving you another with no amenities/ac/water/electricity and at a remote and scary location. We had a terrible experience when we had booked it for a friend's cocktail party. There were 20 guests and no electricity, water or help of any kind! He also charges almost double, so my advice is to avoid this scamster!

We had a booked a villa for an after wedding party for which 20 guests were attending. I got in touch with Mr Gaurav from fingertip villas a month before check-in and booked villa 180 located in Shamirpet. However on the check in day, he asked us to relocate to villa 104 as the pool in villa 180 was muddy due to the rains. We accepted his proposal and proceeded to check in to villa 104.
When we checked in, this villa had no electricity whatsoever. Gaurav kept promising that the issue is being solved and that the power will come back within 15-20 min. 4 hours passed by and no progress made despite repeated phone calls to him.
We had arranged catering service, lighting and balloon decorations to this villa but since there was no power, they could not it set up and had no option but to pay them. I was utterly disappointed by this. We were left with no option and went to villa 180 ourselves and found out that villa 180 was in perfect condition! The pool was not muddy as Gaurav claimed to be. We got in touch with the owner of villa 180 and had told us that Gaurav owed substantial amount of money to him for the previous bookings and that he has not paid him till date. Gaurav knowingly lied to us about villa 180 and pushed us to villa 104 knowing that there is no electricity. To top the cake, the ground floor of villa 104 was rat infested.
For an after wedding party with people coming from abroad, it was really embarrassing for me to host something like this. Gaurav did ruin our night in what was supposed to be special.
I demanded for a refund several times, now its come to a point where he ignores my messages and calls. Utterly unprofessional.
Please proceed with caution when booking with Fingertip villas. They openly cheat their landlords and their customers

Avoid fingretip villas Gaurav! He is one of the scammer in the finger tips he ask for advance but he will book the villa he is the scammer . When we reched there he will say silly reasons to skip the money as a scammer. He will be selling the villa for 2 batches as a time and same date. We have faced the same problem .
