Their customer service is average, and the cabs are also pretty good when compared to other local service providers, but the drivers aren’t very friendly when compared to the private ones.
The prices are a bit high compared to their rivals, but their punctuality is amazing, other local cabs take a min of 20mins, while sun only takes a max of 15mins.
Overall- it’s a pretty decent choice when it comes to call taxis, keep in mind their prices a bit higher tho.
