I bought two tickets for Chennai Tour-B(out of city tour) from them for myself, my wife with my baby boy(2 years) and gave Rs 300/= advance. They told me that they would took us to VGP Gloden beach, Crocodile Park, Mahabalipuram, Kanchipuram. But they did not take us to VGP Golden beach. After coming back when I asked to return money they started to fight with me. They mislead peoples and are overpriced.

According to me very "unprofessional" manner.
They have two shops in the distancee of 1km, so randomly I stopped at 1st shop and asked about train tatkal booking and the guy told me that irctc website server is down, so can't able to book it, so I just came back. So I am just searching for other shops, again randomly I saw some medium sized shop with attractive name boards, so I just visited but that's a lunch time so I called them and they guided me to some other phone number and that guy asked me to come some other place and that's the place where I hone before, but now the guy is inviting me and started discussing the booking procedure.
And the second things is I kew very well if booking tatkal ticket, but unfortunately I need to book for official purpose, so I had to book through agency (for confirm ticket),the actual ticket cost is 2400₹ if books through tatkal, but that guy click premium tatkal option and showed me the price of 3325₹. The thing is they are not booked through "agent login", they just book through normal customer login. The actual tatkal booking charge through agency is only 30₹ and this amount woulbe shown up in the ticket itself and the timing for agency booking is 15mins after of normal tatkal timing. So be aware of booking tatkal tickets throughout agency.

Train tickets and flight tickets for domestic and international available

The person is a cheat, he charges more amount from the customer plus if the train or flight cancels by itself they doesnot refund the amount and start to fight. Never book or take any service from Travel house, periyamet chennai

Very unprofessional behaviour from the owner, i have booked a ticket from chennai to patna through him the actual charges was ₹3000 in 2AC and total of ₹16345 for 5 people but he charged ₹20320 from me and after 2 days train got cancelled and he refused to refund the whole amount and it took 18 days to me to get controll over it as he wanted to cut extra charges and keep it by himself and was telling that the it is fault of government itself, he threw all the fault to the government and was trying to gain some extra charges, at last i had to take the help of lawyer and then he just transfered ₹16000 to me as if wanted to take whole amount he was just taking time and didnt want to refund any single penny.
So guys this travel is a cheat and never get through any help from this particular travel house even if you in urgent need.
