Rathimeena Speed Parcel Service

My bike recieved in small damages in handlebar, but Tirunelveli admins not attend my call . I will call 100 times some times busy but not response my call.

I will put zero, if such option was available. Parcel was sent thru their office in Chennai Saturday afternoon to reach here Sunday morning. Did not come until Sunday evening, when asked, were told it will come late in the night. We called Monday morning and was told it has come and so come pick up. We have to personally search for over an hour, they did not even help find it. I was told, they will call in the afternoon after looking our, never call. we went in person and was told the parcel was in a bus and on the way, asked to come at 9 pm, when we went there it was still on there. I do not know when we are going to get the parcel, never will use these guys again.

Very good service . Only bad thing is after loading all materials in the vehicle the loadmen demanded for more tips I gave them rs .100 each but they dint move and demanded daily wage of labour.

Very very worst services they are providing. Which is not a rathimeena speed parcel service here after I will call rathimeena FRAUD parcel service. Please no body use to this pacrcel service.

They are not picking up the phone call I tried 15 times .worst employees, they are saying like we are very busy we handling too much orders

they left the vehicle in dark snooky corner and not even ready to unwrap the vehicle or provide a knife or stuff

Worst service , worst customer care , very very very slow parcel delivery ...i advise them to change their name from speed parcel service to dead slow parcel service ..i had very bad experience from erode to Tirunelveli they took min 5 days . When I call them and ask for the update they themself don't know where the parcel is coming ..they just said to me that tonight one load is coming let check and tell ...what's this ...
