Location is actually underground. 5-6 chairs for sitting, but well lit and ventilated. The place is just behind the main bus stand. No restroom facility.

Usually bus coming from Madurai and other cities stop here. There is no proper transportation available to reach this bye pass road stop .

Poor bus service. So unclean. Very worst design. Most uncomfortable sleepers seat arrangements. You have your head towards the driver's seat which will make you feel puke. No service at all. The blankets were so dirty. The bedspread is full of sand and dust. They (forget about changing) don't even dust it. My 8 year old son particularly wanted me to give a review. He asked me to give a 1 star! And asked me to mention specifically that I am giving one star as there is no option to give 0 star! I would never opt for KPN

Not a safe place during night hours none is there to pick up the call r.to answer your enquiries .The bus should be in the specified time

The bus was terribly late by 2 hours and we had to wait in the hot sun. Poor customer care services. Instead of helping the customers they are having their own disputes..
Horrible experience in terms of punctuality and customer service..

worst travels buses are too old and cost is also high

They charged me a extra money for dipached of labour charge even it was not worthy to charging money. Even they are informed me earlier. @KPN speed parcel Dindigul branch
