Recently I purchased new pc byous Very nice. Good customer support services.with in one day delivery in my high end configuration system.

Fast parcel service with low fare. But the handling of parcels is worst they gave to improve

Best AC bus, travel from erode to chennai.
Correct timing.

For such a long timer in this field, I was expecting better arrangement and process. I was here for the 1st time. It has taken more time. I understand few humans working for them. But there should have been proper arrangement to reroute or deliver the items appropriately instead of mixing ng everything and searching whole area for each parcel

Very worst experience driver got money for my luggage but didn't provide receipt..

Very crowded and Unresponsive staffs when it comes to searching your parcels.

Very dissatisfied no response worst service I have never seen a transport services like this. They don't talk to customers patiently.

I parceled the bike from Erode to Chennai. Initially they tell one price and later at the time of Bill they charged extra 500.. Even I have wrapped my bike. Too rude behaviour from the front desk. No proper answer. I don't recommend it... Received the bike with lot's of scratch and dent
Dear MSS please educate ur employee to speak gentle and tell them to not shout at customer.
