We had our 11 days honeymoon trip to Sikkim in June 2022. Tourgenie was the best choice we made. The team was very professional and guided us with proper information. Mr. Amaan was our primary contact. He has got a cheerful attitude and was very helpful throughout our journey. The pricing for the entire trip was quite affordable. They even arranged a beautiful candlelight dinner on the last day and even gifted us a small souvenir. We as a couple really had a good time and enjoyed to the fullest.

Hired cabs for Sikkim and Darjeeling trip via tourgenie.. It was a very pleasant experience from the time Amaan who got us started with advising on the logistics of the trip to the time the friendly driver Kewal dropped us off at Bagdogra airport. Amaan checked in with us every day morning to provide information on the tour for the day etc.. Very professionally done .. very happy with the service provided by tourgenie..

Initially was a little bit hesitant. But as the tour started, I realized that I made the right choice to have TourGenie as our Travel partner for this long pending Family trip of North Sikkim after the pandemic. We had recently travelled during the Durga puja long weekend and due to the high tourist influx, all the hotels and car rentals were booked. I tried reaching out to 20 tour operators from the Sikkim govt website but everyone said the same thing “Sir we don’t have any availability”

But, we came across TourGenie who went the extra mile to plan and book everything for us right from cars, hotels to permits for Nathula, Yumthang and zero point in the nick of time.

I would also like to especially thank Harvestina from TourGenie who planned everything for us and was available every second to help us out if we needed anything.

If you are planning to visit anywhere in the northeast or Sikkim, I would strongly suggest reaching out to them. They are a bunch of highly qualified and professional people from the travel industry. All you need to do is just sit back relax and they will chalk out everything for you.

A great family get together was long due and what could be better than Himalayas!!! And Sikkim was the first destination that came to our mind, but the challenge was to select the right travel partner, who can customize the trip to our needs and be responsive. Since it was a unkown territory to me, finding a trustworthy travel partner was primary concern. My father is 65 years and my neice is just 6 months, and total we were 14 in the pack.
So to have a safe and fun-filled trip, choice of travel partner was of untmost importance. After reading through lot of reviews, talking to local travel agents finally narrowed it down to TourGenie, and I am glad that I made the right choice. After dropping a message in there website, Amaan from tourGenie contacted me, and the whole process of finalizing the iternary got into a fast lane. With Gantok-Lachung-Pelling in mind, the iternary was made ready with hotels, transfers, inclusions, exclusions, permits and local siteseeing. He even mentioned about the weather conditions during last week of December, and told us to be ready for snowfall and low temperatures. I had lot of queries, and Amaan answered each of them patiently, and finally the booking was confirmed. And it was really great to see, Amaan was not at all rushing for the payment, he always said "koi baat nahi aram se de dijiyega". Many such gestures, made lot of difference. After 2 days of booking, I had to left shift the date by 1 day due to flight timmings. Amaan was kind enough to check and update the iternary, and help me with the hotel bookings in Baghdogra. The bookoing was done in November'21, and TourGenie were in constant touch for any queires, permits or casual talk. He kept updating me about the beautiful weather in Sikkim.

Finally the day arrived, and we started for Sikkim from Bangalore, Lucknow and Ranchi on 25th December'2021. All of us assembled in Baghdogra, and cab was all ready for us waiting to take us to Gangtok, and there was absolute Zero follow up from my side. For any issue, Amaan was available and he ensured the issue is resolved at the earliest. Due to snowfall Nathula was closed , but we were lucky enough to see the snowfall in Lachung. Hotels were good, drivers were skilled and they knew the terrain well. We had a great time in Sikkim, and an unforgettable family get together.We all met Amaan in M.G. Road Gangtok, and it was really nice to see him face-2-face. Thank you TourGenie for this memorable trip!!!

Recently we embarked on a trip to North Sikkim. TourGenie took all the responsibility of making our trip a success. We are avid bikers. We wanted to explore the mystic and mysterious NORTH SIKKIM on nothing but a ROYAL ENFIELD. HARVESTINA LEPCHA MADAM of TourGenie provided us a brand new HIMALAYAN BS6 for our trip. She also guided us by providing the perfect route map of the journey. Our NORTH SIKKIM trip became a success because of the extreme professionalism and integrity shown by TourGenie. We really had a wonderful trip and TourGenie is highly recommended.

Great experience with them .. recently during durga puja went on a trip of North Sikkim and Gangtok with Tour Genie and they were amazing .. had for long being planning to visit Sikkim and was searching for a good travel agent there then a friend of mine suggested Tour Genie .. they are amazing if you are planning any trip to Assam .. Sikkim or any other areas they operate I would recommend everyone to plan a trip with them

Also would specially like to thank Aman ji he is such a wonderful person.. he everyday used to call and ask me if the trip went well .. I just had to sit back and relax .. he planned the total trip for me just the way I wanted
