Me and my friends just returned from a 7 day Sikkim tour. It was a great trip to Sikkim. The entire trip was well organized and well planned, including a comfortable hotel and a lovely homestay in Sikkim. We also have an excellent driver.
The employees who work with their customers are enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. It was great traveling with interesting people. The beauty of Sikkim in off season is indescribable. I love the big waterfalls, the green mountains, the wet houses and roads, the flowers blooming everywhere, especially the food! The food arranged on the farm and the accommodation is absolutely delicious and unique!
OurGuest's Lepcha homestay in Dzongu is unique. Beautiful location, (although difficult to access) isolated and surrounded by nature, the experience offered by family accommodation is very unique. People have to experience the country. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend anyone reading my review to help them plan their trip, I will definitely be planning my next trip with you soon. I love your team so much!

As I tick off one more homestay from my list, I'm still looking forward to returning there. I went on a unique tour of Sikkim with OUR GUEST, and now that I know how friendly they are and how lovely the homestays they offer are, I want to go to other parts of Sikkim as well.
The location, the rustic feel, and the service were all excellent. The homestays had good facilities and amenities to make you feel comfortable, the rest of the tour's transportation was great, and the driver was a lot of fun. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Where do I start? It was my first attempt with a travel agency. From the first day to the last day they organized the trip very well.
I am very happy to share my travel experience. It was a great trip altogether.
Gangtok to Lachen. Along the way, you'll see the 7 Sister Falls and many other beautiful waterfalls. It was pleasant weather here. We visited Lake Gurudongmar at about 17,000 feet. There was no breakfast as we left early for this lake so we got a pack of bread etc the night before. Then we arrived at Lachung and saw Yumthang Valley and Zero Point. Then we went to Nathula Pass, Baba Mandir, Tsongo Lake and finally Gangtok.
OurGuest team was very helpful and always provided useful information. They know their customers and take awesome care. I will definitely use their Northeast tour package again when visiting the Northeast.

I booked a Sikkim-Darjeeling tour package from OurGuest. The entire excursion was nicely organized and well planned and covered a combination of quaint hotels and cute domestic homestays in Darjeeling near Mall Road. Our homestay was very clean and well maintained. It was very close to Mall Road, so we could also get to the market near our homestay in Darjeeling. We reserved a Darjeeling home stay for our three-day family vacation. It turned out to be such a pleasant experience that we had never had before. The overall treatment we received was so lovely that we began to feel as if we were in a second home. The room (we had a 2-bed room for 4 people) was neat, clean, and nicely decorated. The food was absolutely delicious and homey. The owner's personal care will undoubtedly bring back memories of one's parents. The views from the terrace are spectacular, and it is conveniently located near the Darjeeling Mall road. Suffice it to say, we will definitely choose this Nestaway homestay in Darjeeling on our next visit.

Initially when we decided to go on meghalaya trip, we went with zero expectations and then OurGuest made sure we were provided with the best possible trip and our co ordinator for the trip Charity Matlai was very amicable and she guided us very well and also modified the itinerary as per our wish. The stay, food, cab everything was good.
The trip was kind of short but we covered most of the places mentioned in their itinerary but due to some time constraints we had to miss out few places and the driver was also not an localite eventhough he was polite. So I highly recommend them to provide a local cab driver so that they can take us to all places without making much delay

We stayed at Lhakhim Homestay Lachen, run by Mr. Dhatup, and Bayul Homestay Lachung, run by Mrs. and Mr. Pema. Had a nice peaceful stay at both places. Mr Dhatup's place has cosy rooms with a homely feel. Mr Pema's place is far from the noise of the main road, offering a natural touch with their pets and the vibrant collection of plants. Mrs Pema makes delicious food.
Would recommend anyone visiting North Sikkim to check out these homestays, which offer a chance to connect with the local culture and at the same time disconnect from the city buzz.
