Bus number 1111 very poor service as bus was crowded with double seating capacity....time 12:30 pm.....barmer to ahmedabad bus.....full loby was packed.....request to bus owner to solve this complaint......also as per government guidelines also no mask were by anyone in bus not by conducter or not by driver......next time I hope bus management will be improved......

The bus I traveled on 10th Dec 21 from Barmer to Ahmedabad broke down on the way. We 3 hours late. Many passengers who travelled to Ahemdabad to board the train missed their train. The Travels should ensure there are no mechanical malfunctions before the long journey.
