I had a bus on 30th November (Indo canadian transport co). It was around 11.55pm i called this guy 4 time throughout the day before travel for the bus driver or conductor's no. He told me he could not find the no. So i reached the pickup point at 11.45 after that the guy stopped picking up the call on all the numbers provided. I had to wait for the bus for 3 hours after which i gave up (the bus never came , i did not get a refund).The worst experience, I've ever had.

I would rate it 3 star travel service. Decent buses. Bus starts from Landmark Hotel opposite Railway station and circuit house.

A good bus to book in case one is travelling on a route in between Banswara & Jhunjhunu. Affordable rates. Comfortable air conditioned seats. Takes less time. Runs under the name of Mahalaxmi Travels in Red bus app. Since, these are private buses so one cannot vouch the authenticity & comfortability of the buses on the basis of just viewing the clips in the red bus app. So highly advisable to drill little deep whenever booking a private bus in Rajasthan. Because there are chances that you may land miserable later.

I have worst experience of this travels agency ,Also they don't have way of talking to his passengers/ costumers. without any proper information they book single seat for two costumers and when we talk about this matter then they said adjust in a single seat.

UNHYGIENIC! Extremely dirty Sleeping mattress!!! Pathetic

Local Savari infested who occupy your entire seats, with whom you have to fight to get your own seat, who don't pay as much as you do.
I faced a Lot of trouble due to this.

AC & Fan both not working, I agree it is cold outside, but at least have the fan running without the AC system, what the hell, it is suffocating, there are 30+- people all breathing out Carbon Dioxide in a closed packed bus with no sort of ventilation, itna zyda dimag kis me hai bhai??

Try out A one tourist agency bus for the Ahmedabad route, I found it to be much much better than Gujarat travels

This is the worst travels I have ever seen .
There is no punctuality. It was said that bus will come by 8:25pm and it came by 9:30 and it was about to drop by 11 am and now they’re saying we will be there by 1:30 pm the other day. Also they are stopping bus everywhere and taking passengers unnecessarily at every stop without seat. And the bus is overloaded ..they are still rude and saying that “gadi toh gadi ki hisab se chalegi “ I have booked ticket bcus of travel safe but this bus is as same as a roadways taking ticket of 1700 and providing service of 700 . This is completely wronggg

Wosrt travel experience i get there. The owner is so rude. He talks to you nicely until you take tickets. They dropped me and my friends 25 km away from my stop.

I wish there is an option for 0 stars because Gujarat travels truly deserves it. Our experience with gujarat travels was very bad. The bus was full with passengers there were four-five passengers on a double sleeper and the bus was smelling badly people were smoking in the bus and the space for luggage was just so bad there was not even space for a single suitcase the whole luggage space was filled with goods. The behaviour of owner was very bad he was fighting with us. I will not recommend anyone to your tickets in gujarat travels.
