The best thing is that they mentioned their facilities till now

The bus was 2 hr late , no wifi, no usb charging , no covid 19 protocols followed, like temp chk, mask check, stopped at very expensive and bad dabha, the handle lock are not working , please do not book in this bus service, bad staff

Not good we have booked 1 ticket from hanumangarh to Delhi around 6 pm and cancel around 7:30 pm but ticket amount not refund, they said amount could not be refund it's polict
