Had a worst experience with these travels. Had booked a car for site seeing. The car is implied to be A/c car. But not with these people. The spot with is a part of another is counted as a separate point for them. They have no clue about what are timings of the places they would take us to visit. If its closed when you reach its your loss of either time or money or even both. They are least bothered.
They define unprofessionalism in its true sense.
