Staff behaviour is really bad when i called them for the inquiry they just disrespected me. They do not have any kind of manners. What is the point of good service when you can't talk properly with your customers. Really disappointed.

I like bus service of goyal because they are always on time all the buses are well maintained and driver and staff are also vary professional I've been traveling in goyal for 4 year and i never felt any issues or any complaints or any buses problem here and price is also good,, it located near ganpati plaza where less trafic so you can spot it easily ,, some buses have tv , ac , and working wifi for sure ,, if you are gonna travel through goyal or planning to in my opinion don't think just go for it you will never regret it,, always on time always provid comfort ,, overall i loved it.

Bus service is best in my knowledge. I travelled by this bus 3 times. Totally AC. Staff behavior is also good. Time punctuality is superb. It runs between banswara to Jaipur. And etc. Cities.

Banswara to Bhilwara passengers, please book a different travel bus, bus driver do not know the way to bhilwara from highway, if you are one of the passenger sit in the driver cabin at appropriate time and give directions to driver or they will tell you that they will not go inside bhilwara and leave you at the highway, online no. Which comes with the ticket that guy will misguide you only.
