Very bad service for new people

This bus service charged extra charges for luggage

I am here tl write my review for the bus service taken from Udaipur to Jaisalmer On 6th November.

Firstly the service is thrrd class. No proper protocol.

Secondly, the bus was overbooked with locals, thereby creating an unsafe environment for females traveling on board.

Thirdly, AC is too unbearable as the ac vents are broken and there is no way you can close ac ducts to regulate air flow.

Finally, bus which was supposed to come was swapped with another bus which is more unsafe, old, uncomfortable for the upper seat passengers, and driver is driving rashly...

Truely unreliable service. Refrain from using it.

The travels is good enough. However, the are is somewhere on the outside of Udaipur. Very low number of shops are available nearby the travels.

The arrival and departure of the bus was on time.
Overall, it's good.

The bus is ok but substandard. No cleaned seats.

Best service and staff behaviour is helping towards the all travellers

I think they provide best services, i booked a ticket for my female friend and when they got to know that a female traveling alone in night they ensured she travel safe by changing seats number, as a male was traveling on other seat, they gave that seat to a female, and the driver personally told me to not worry, she is safe and gave me his number in any further enquiry. That gesture made me confident about her visit. I didn't took the photo of the driver i would have shared here to thank him.

Nice service
Recommended to book the upper seats if you're going for an overnight journey.

Booked parcel from here.. Staff is super badtamiz n stupid. They shout on customers who came. Noticed few other customers were uncomfortable with them including myself.
