YBM Travels Pondicherry

Excellent bus fleet. Clean sheets and highly comfortable sleeper berths. They also give a nice snack box. The only gripe I have with them is they lack punctuality. I hope they can correct that. Overall excellent travels service.

Best service in reasonable price.. Waiting rooms with wash rooms and staff was good and in bus they will provide earphones, snacks and water bottle

Poor service.
We booked the journey from Pondy to Thrissur. The bus came 30 minutes late. In the middle of the journey the bus was breakdown. And we continue our journey after 5 hours.
We lost 5 hours in the middle of the road in the early morning. The customer care person saying that *"The mechanic comes from 140KM distance (3 hours to reach.). Meanwhile they did not arrange the bus for continue our journey. The customer care person says that wait till the complaints fix or find the vehicle to continue your journey. "
They did the good thinking that they offer breakfast for everyone. But all are lost for 5 hours.
10 hour journey takes 15 hours to complete.

Special thanks to Mr.Navin from boarding point. Waiting room has AC and chairs. Its maintained neat and has a clean restroom. I highly recommend YBM for these reasons. Customer satisfaction is their top priority.

1.5 hrs late. Driver is still learning to drive. Did not even sleep for a minute. They switchofff the AC. You will be toasted in a oven. I almost paid doulbe the cost seeing the reviews. Absolutely nonesense. 👎👎👎👎

Travelled from pondicherry to Kozhikode. The bus was 2.5 hours late roughly. It was a 2+1 AC sleeper bus. There is a TV with some old movie playing. A bottle of water was provided
