Became very worst nowadays , they are more focused on the parcels than the passengers .
Drivers are very rude . Did not expect this from rathimeena .The helper of the bus doesn't even
Check if all passengers are in the bus before starting . Travel journey from Kumbakonam to pondicherry took me 6 hrs .

Worst experience ever ,they are not picking up at the place where they showing as boarding point.worst bathroom to use .It is not having proper doors and maintainance.They are giving importance to parcel rather then human beings. Bus incharge are also not responding properly.They are casually saying to complaint these issues. All female passengers suffered a lot. A Visually challenged diabetic passenger begged the driver for more than one hour for bathroom, but he haven't heard him or responded him properly after that also he stoped in the place with very worst bathroom. I am suggesting not to book this travels unless they correct their faults.

Why give a pickup point and tracking details if you are going to pick up at the wrong place? That too during a storm. Driver rude and inconsiderate. Lied he had given information and then yelled as if I should have known that they would pick up at a random and completely different place. Not sure why this is a well-rated bus.

BusNo:TN68AD3234 is the worst. The executive in bus is treating everyone with no respect. Felt I'm in hostel. Worst service. Never expected.

Worst ever . Bus breaks down most of the time and u just can't plan anything if ur traveling in their bus . If u miss ur things in the bus ur just never getting it back .
