Nice service... But arriving destination is beyond the normal delay... As I left for competitive examinations, I got out of bus at about 40 kms before the destination and arranged a cab to reach. Due to this, lost thousands..

Experience with the travels is good. Bus cleanliness can be improved and timings. Please help passengers with proper stop point for nature calls. I felt slightly uncomfortable when it got stopped at busy road where public washrooms were not visible. I request you to plan to stop ontime at restaurents and washrooms on-time not at the odd timings. Make ladies also feel comfortable. Notify passengers about the necessary stops.

Worst experience ever. Bus was delayed by more than 3hrs n they didn't even care to provide waiting facility.

I travelled on one of their buses to Kerala from Pondicherry. The bus arrived later than the timetable. There was only one planned rest stop for a 10 hour trip. Not a very friendly bunch. The conductor did not answer his phone when called. Comfort levels on the bus were nothing to write home about. Overall, a below average experience.

Never book the tickets from here . There is no waiting area and bus comes in its own time and we have to stand for hours and the reception guy is like minding his own work and doesn't care. And the bus my god drunken passengers vomiting in bus and bus had to stop in the middle of the road and the whole journey is delayed. This is a regular thing I there travels so if ur traveling with ladies or ladies traveling alone then this travels is a must avoid.

they are managing all is well .. but they can provide sufficient room for passenger and rest rooms which is missing
