I have used Udaya car rental service many times during our 2 weeks stay in Pondicherry. Udaya asks for a little advance to confirm the booking unlike others who don’t ask for advance payment. But as soon as he gets the advance, you get an sms with the vehicle and driver number. Drivers are super professional and they arrive 15 mins earlier always and give you a call.
