They have buses available to travel from Pondicherry to different locations like Coimbatore, Ooty, Kodaikanal etc.
Direct bus might not be available, our bus had one interchange point for different destinations.
Bus was decent, comfortable seats.
No extra facilities like water bottle or blanket during the travel.

Lost jacket in the bus. Called the bus immediately and he found it. Informed him the details of the items but they took the cash and left other ID cards. Completely it's a big theft and they were all smiling and said, no cash in your item. I had alot of hope since I called and informed and I completely trusted the brand more than it's people.

Would have rated 4 stars but for a few massive problems. First the positives booked my ticket no worries INR 777 from Pondicherry to Madurai. I was informed the a shuttle bus would pick me up to take me to the bus pick up point which incident it was an hour north but south. Seems illogical but no worries both shuttle and bus were on time. Bus was comfortable all good so far. However the estimated time was 545pm to 1145pm didn’t arrive till 1230am. Which firstly is problem if people are catching connecting flights trains or busses. Secondly and more importantly the bus stopped 15 minutes outside of Madurai being a foreigner I thought they were going into the city but no. I realized after another half an hour that I was now 30 km south of the city and in the middle of nowhere on the highway at 1am. The bus assistant offered no help, didn’t call a taxi or offer any information on other buses or any type of solution. Maybe it’s partly my mistake for not checking, but really they should know to assist foreigners who can’t speak the language or read all the signs. Very lucky to get 3 stars, could easily have been 1 if not for some helpful people who offered me a ride.

Everytime the bus will be delayed atleast for 2hrs specially on weekends bus timing is mentioned as 10 but we use to board bus ly by 1 or 1:30

Most wrost travel agency i have ever seen , if anyone seeing this review please don't book from them ,not at all safe for girls.

I had a bus from Pondicherry to Ooty at 10:15pm from Pondicherry. Firstly, I was transferred to Tindivanam by a traveller from Parveen Travels, Pondicherry office. I reached Tindivanam at 11:10pm. The bus was scheduled to arrive there at 11:30pm, but it came at 1:10 am. All the nearby shops got closed by that time and the passengers of the bus were sitting in the dark on the floor of the Parveen Travels office. No service was provided by the Parveen Travels team. The service is pathetic.

I took a sleeper from Pondicherry to Kodaikanal, it was very good, on time and the bed was rather clean. My only remark is that there was no railing on the upper bunk, and no basket for the bags.
