Great company. Hired a car with driver across 4 days to driver from and around Chennai, Pondi. The office staff were easy to deal with and replied promptly, the car was clean with good ac and the driver knew where he was going and was accommodating when we want to change route. I compared the price with a few other companies and they were very competitive. All and all I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

First experience with Pondicherry cars.
The service and punctuality are the key points which stands out. The driver was very helpful and polite. I had to tell him about us being vegetarian and from next three days he stopped for lunch / snacks at all the vegetarian hotels.

The much good thing I liked was that one of the co-owners personally came to talk to me during my way back and enquire about the trip and service.
This is something very rare.

The service given by Pondicherry cars was absolutely fantastic and surely would recommend it to friends and relatives.
Also would like to avail the service in future as well.

I availed their cab service to auro ville and mahabalipuram which was a day trip. It was arranged over phone and driver arrived on time to the hotel. Driver knew the places without gps which is a good thing. I will definitely look forward to avail their service next time..

Transactions done electronically and over phone. Driver arrived on time and was good. Owners tried to find crab meal in Pondicherry, but did not succeed, they tried very hard. We ended up in Le Dupliex on their recommendation and ended up having a great French meal. All loved the food.
Driver also tolerated me getting off the car in places to check birds.

I came from Chennai and was looking a cab for local sight seeing and wanted to see Mahabalipuram or Mamallpuram on the way back to Chennai I took thePondicherry Cab for both days and the service given by them was excellent the cab was neat and clean the driver reached on time and very courteous and professional.
