Balaji Cabs Bus Stand

The worst ever travel service. The staff is too impolite. AC does not work. They don't care about the passengers issues. All they need is money. Highly recommend not to travel in their buses. A total waste of money. Wish i could rate it zero stars. It's better advised to ride a bicycle than travel in this bus.

Balaji cabs hv delivered my parcel sent through them on 5th july to hyderabad. The staff was also co.operative and polite. Wish them all the best in their endeavours.

Good bus service, leaves almost on time but keep an hour delay usually for arrival, it’s a bharat benz that they have, prices are high for the sleeper AC especially during weekends. AC is on full blast, keep warm clothes. Pillow and blanket is provided and a small water bottle too. Bus is clean, not very clean. Love the interior lights. Only one stop will be made in between.

Place needs to well maintain. Buses good but area for waiting is not good. Plz add AC or proper ventilation.

Bus service is good but the staff is pathetic, I went to keep my luggage in the office of Balaji cabs pondicherry, I came from beach and there was sand on my feets and legs on this small thing the staff started arguing and disrespecting me I even told not a big deal I will clean it for you or pay to a person who can clean this but he asked to leave very rudely with not just me but two more friends of mine

I will not be traveling with Balaji cabs from now on if they can't treat their customers with respect and also not recommend it to someone.

I had traveled from pondy to bangalore in their Bus. FIRST OF ALL THIS IS NOT BHARAT BENZ. (Stop mentioning as premium service). Worst travel experience .. They charge twice or thrice than that of government deluxe buses but the bus condition was worst except for the cosmetics. . When they know already that the bus suspension was not good still they allotted the bus for the travel. They blamed the roads initially.. but the same condition persisted even on highways.. No stop for restrooms... since most in the bus were non tamil speakers they were left helpless

Had booked AC bus. Was really good. Journey was smooth and the sheets were clean.
