Worst experience, dirty matress , full of bed bugs, when asked for matress cover, then rudely refused by them, no blankets, AC switched off, tickets sold in black at 4 - 5 stops in every city, they wake up every passenger forcefully midnight for an hour of food break. We kept our bags in as it was 1 hour to leave, we were starving so decided to leave for food informing the travels official by sharing our number requested them to call 10 mins before departure as we were not going far to eat food, we don't receive any call, and when we call only 40 minutes later, to find out the bus has departed and we had to leave our food and run to catch 2 autos only to find the next boarding point in the city of kolhapur. The bus driver is rude to ladies. Reached destination around 3 hours later . LADIES , IT'S NOT SAFE.

As there is no option to give starts in minus thats why I had to choose one. Driver's behavior pathetic. Driving was worst than anything. Change your bus drivers or simply sell your buses because this is not the way of providing service after taking this much amount for tickets.

1 star as there is no option for - star… worst in all ways late pick-up , late drop, rude behaviour from the driver. They don’t have value of customer those booked online. They say ask from whom the bookings done. They stopped bus near Kolhapur bus stans and they were calling passengers like beggars Belgaum Hubali Dharwad 😂 unbelievable

This agency is very irresponsible . My jewelry was robbed from its bus while traveling. The money we pay for the luxuries , comfort and safety is of no use at all. Will not travel by it now onwards .

I booked travels on 22 nd July 2022 The operator numbers given in the ticket are not valid.

The location of pickup shown is also bogus.

Worst service. I was travelling in bus with number 0333 and all the things that I had paid for were not in place. The seats were not clean (gutkha was there on my seat), the AC vents were not clean. The curtains were literally stinking. I would recommend any govt bus over this Pareek bus.
Also the person with the driver was not allowing the passengers to load their luggage in the trunk..which resulted in the passenger keeping their luggage in the corridor
Totally waste of money

Pathatic staff behaviour....the conductor on bus is very rude, no respect on customer, scolds customers like animals.. especially nashik Solapur bus staff..don't consider this travels for traveling

Dinner time very longer time tekan 12pm atleast 10.30is the best kindly arrange manikandan peth naka for dinner ।
