We booked 13 and 14 number of the bus! Our whole journey was unexpected! The ac chamber was just above our face , while the other buses has above the seats! Evn the bus driver wasnt ready to lower the ac temp ! It was too cold outside already nd we have to go through this with their dirty untidy blanket! Not a good service! Alwys give customers proper information ! Not a good review!👎

I travelled in this bus on 15th April 2019 Kolhapur to Nanded left at 9. 30 pm. Near Solapur the bus AC was switched off . Driver said that it is not working. Routinely these people switch off the AC after to save fuel. It is very suffocating that we have to open the windows . They are taking money for AC bus but not providing the required services and standards. Many times I have seen passengers taken enroute particularly Latur to Nanded. Initially Sharma Travels was good name but now I am seeing the quality of service is not maintained. I will not recommend this bus unless there is an urgency.

The experience is very bad .. The way they behave in ticket counter is like disgusting ..They don't have manners to talk with customers .. For ur kind info change that man .. Otherwise fare is good only need to change that counterr staff otherwise it will affect your business ....coz that man don't have manners to talk with womens also ... I hope it will help you

Worst Service..Travelled From Pune To Nanded..Bus Got Problem In Between Nagar To Beed At 3am.From 3am To 8 Am Paseengers Waited To Start The Bus Then At 8am They Arranged A Seater Bus..And At 1 Pm We Reached At Nanded.

Cleaner comminication with passangers not good.Night dinner location also poor ,no toilet facility for Genset.My today journey with amal travels.
