Hopeless Service. No passenger care. Today morning 8.30 bus reached Chandrapur last stop by 12.30pm. Its like bail-bandi travel. Rude driver. Anytime anywhere stops, diesel feeling stop before dropping passengers.. what is this.

They provide 1/2 ltr water bottle long back it was 1 ltr :) there are scope to improve cleaning and ventilation of bus. Now it is feel that buses are getting old.
It might be different from bus to bus. In my last two trip from nagpur-chandrapur, I feel some how suffocated.

Indeed it is one of the good bus available for various places. First thing first, the staff are ready to help you book your tickets or clear any doubts. Secondly, both the AC seaters as well as sleepers are quite ok, subjected to the weather.
Note: If you're like me, who feels suffocated in such buses, then cover your nose with a cotton cloth and just lay there. Do not eat while you travel, in such situations, because there are high chances of regurgitation!

Till Nagpur:
Well, the seater one is ok, but make sure to check the curtains, as there are chances that you might find something bad.

Till Pune:
Check the curtains, bedsheets as well as the blankets. Although they provide you the fresh one. But it is for your own safety. They do provide water bottle, and also stop by in case of genuine emergency.

Pro tip: If you book directly from the office then, you can save some rupees. So if you live nearby, do book the tickets offline.

The travel agency provides good quality, punctual service to travel to Nagpur and Pune. Their coaches are in good condition. Also provide luggage delivery for small packages and their service is cheap, reliable & convenient too.
The only improvement needed is in staff behavior at reception desk. These fellows though very professional and efficient can behave rudely sometimes...

Worst ever. It is better to travel by local bus. Atleast they will stop at Jam for atleast 5 to 10 minutes and still reach the destination by 2 to 2 and half hour.
But this so called DNR brand is useless. They take more than 3 hours and don't stop at mid way anywhere for passengers. They stop at every little place for their own benifit of taking new passengers but for us they don't have 5 minutes even. Worst experience ever. I was pregnant and was in need of washroom but it didn't affect them.
For my need before starting the journey I asked the staff if they if will stop in the middle that is at Jam he said yes. But they didn't. This is not trustworthy at all.
They do have stop that is near to nagpur only. Borkhela which is just 35 km away from nagpur. For 153km journey, making a stop after covering almost 3/4th of journey doesn't make any sense to me. I don't think this is any mid way.
I am not going to travel by DNR again ever. And I am not going to suggest this bus to any of my friends and family.

Very Dirty not cleaned, trash is full by last passenger it is not even thrown out. Bedsheet pillow cover not changed. Bus is making Harsh and Large Disturbing sound whenever driver is using break.. very bad experience with DNR 3pm bus Chandrapur to Pune .

Bus is upgraded into Primo but bus service is too slow. Chandrapur DNR office to Padoli bus stand is to be just under 10kms but they're taking 1 hr to reach the Padoli. I'm travelled morning DNR bus that is good service and punctual but Evening bus service is too slow. Thank you.
