Super bus new look super cool ....number of times traveled by old bus now new experience with new look

Really pathetic service... We were delayed by 5 minutes to reach the starting point, and bus driver/assistant told us that they are leaving without taking us. No bus operator threatens to leave the passenger behind for a delay of 5 minutes!!!!! in fact even after seeing us he started the bus and made 3 of us (one kid of 5 years) run behind the bus..... The staff in the bus was really arrogant and rude. when i complained about their attitude towards customers, he said jiske pass jake complaint karna hain vo karo... hume kuch nahi hoga...

PS. they also took a detour to pick up a passenger which delayed us more than 45 minutes.

I have been travelling with Mohan Travels for almost a decade. The services are excellent. Right from the polite staff, clean buses, safe drivers, live tracking service, timely intimations on SMS, to the punctual journeys, everything is commendable.

Due to heavy rainfall In kolhapur. The road where close so I have to take another route to reach kolhapur in was getting 10min late. I even contact with office staff and with driver also but they are not ready to listen anything the staff has no manners how to talk with customer, rude talking with customer. They don't even listen anything from customer and cut the call without listening, even bus driver doesn't co-operate with customer very rude talking with customer. Please don't go by mohan travels.

Bus is good but their restroom halts are pathetic for service from kolhapur to mumbai especially. Ghadge patil itself is such a big name in transportation and because of that name people availing their services shelling extra money and then you get such pathetic restroom halts becomes unbearable especially for female passengers. Expecting the management to take this issue under serious consideration.

Very bad experience. They have canceled trip just before 3 hours of journey time.

Bus was Ok and on time but their staff is very arogant and rude. They charge higher than other bus which are much better than Ghatage patil mohan travels. They should teach some politeness and behavioral manners to their staff. The guy in the bus who was keeping passanger list was very arogant and quarralsome nature. Was making issue of any simple thing. I swear will never book again with GPT mohan travells. Dont want this kind of mental suffer after paying higher than other bus rates. They need to Learn some professionalism and politeness.

Third class service. They don't even deserve 1star here. I had a booking from Pune to kolhapur and one day prior they cancelled the bus and told they will refund my account through original booking platform Paytm. Neither my money got transferred via Paytm nor by mohan travel. Please don't use and there operator who is incharge don't pick the call nd not response tine
